How Can I Place An Order?
You can use the secure shopping cart on our website using American Express, Visa,  Master Card or Discover Card.

Is The Shopping Cart Secure?                                                                                             Currently, we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol to protect your data and secure your transactions. SSL encrypts all your personal information, including your credit card number, name, and address, as it is transmitted over the Internet.
If you do not want to use the shopping cart, please call in your order to 718-276-8986.

This is a full time business so if you get voice mail, we might be on the phone, just leave your phone number and the time you can be reached and we will return your call ASAP.

How Long Have You Been In Business?
We have been in business locally, since 1997 but on the Internet since 1999. We started this business in December of 1997 and thanks to all our wonderful customers on the Internet and locally, our business is expanding and incerasing.

Do You Offer Custom Made Baskets?
Yes we do. Just tell us the type of basket you want and we will customize it for the occasion, understanding that the price for the basket may increase with the changes.  All change request must be submitted before the gift order has been process. Please contact us via e-mail/or phone to place the change order.

Where Do You Ship From?
We are located in Queens, New York. Currently all our gift baskets are made and shipped from Brooklyn. We ship anywhere within the continental USA. Cheesecakes and some Flowers are shipped from elsewhere.

Do You Accept Returns?
Yes, we accept returns of any non gourmet items if the package is returned unopened five days after receipt. Gourmet baskets are not returnable. We will however replace any missing items.

Can You Change Items In A Basket?
Yes, we willingly change items within reason, the change must be requested before the basket order has been completed. Send us an E-mail or call us at 718-276-8986

Can I Place an order without A Credit Card?
No, at present we only accept: American Express, Discover, Master Cards and Visa.

What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
We use UPS or Fed Ex- Next Day, Two Days, Three Days, and Ground.

How Do You Ship Your Baskets?
All our gifts are put together wrapping with cello, or shrink wrap securely packaged and boxed. We have what we call 'Perfect Arrival Shipping'

To Where Do You Deliver?
We hand deliver to Queens, Brooklyn and shipped to the other boroughs of New York. Please check our Shipping and Delivery page above. In some cases we may make hand delivery to NYC, contact us.
