How Can I Place An Order?
You can use the secure shopping cart on our website using American Express, Visa or Master Card or Discover Cards. If you do not want to use the shopping cart, call or fax your order to (718)276-8986.

If you get voice mail, we might be on the phone, just leave your phone number and the time you can be reached and we will return your call ASAP.

How Long Have You Been In Business?
We have been in business locally, since 1997 but on the Internet since May of 2000. Due to all our wonderful customers on the Internet and locally, our business has been expanding and incerasing Month by Month, year to year.

Why Should I Order From You?
You should order from us because we are providing you with the best service that can be delivered and we are dedicated to you the customer. We will go the extra mile to make you happy.

Do You Offer Custom Made Baskets?
Yes we do. Just tell us the type of basket you want and we will customise it for the occasion. We are updating the 'Choose Your Own Items Page' and you should be able to have that option soon.

Where Do You Ship From?
We are located in Queens and currently all our gift baskets are made and shipped from our workshop there. We ship anywhere within the continental USA.

Do You Accept Returns?
Yes, we accept returns of any non gourmet items if the package is returned unopened five days after receipt. Gourmet baskets are not returnable. We will however replace any missing items.

Can You Change Items In A Basket?
Yes, we willingly change items within reason, just enter the information in the 'Special Instructions section in the shopping cart, send us an E-mail or call us at (718)276-8986

Can I Place an order without A Credit Card?
No at present we only accept: American Express, Discover, MasterCards and Visa.

What Shipping Methods Do You Offer?
We use UPS, USPS, FedEx, Express: Next Day, Two Days, Three Days, and Ground. We also sometimes use Priority Mail.

How Do You Ship Your Baskets?
All our gifts are put together wrapping with cello, or shrink wrap securely packaged and boxed.

To Where Do You Deliver?
We deliver to Queens, Brooklyn, New York City, and Manhattan only. All other orders for other New York addresses, are shipped and most times arrive the next day by regular ground shipping.

Do You Ship Liquor?
No, we do not have a liquor license so we cannot ship Liquor. All mention of Champagne or Wine are in refrence to Non Alchoalic or Dealchoalized, beverages.

Is the shopping cart secure?
Yes please see the lock at the bottom of the screen when you enter the shopping cart. You can also read more about safe shopping tips by clicking on 'Safe Online Shopping Tips' above.

Do you make any of the items in your gift basket?
No. All items, gourmet and otherwise are bought prepackaged. We lovingly assemble the items in the basket and beautifully adorn them.

How are the gifts delivered?
We use a courrier service for our Manhattan, Queens, and Brooklyn deliveries. When a delivery order is placed we call them for the pickup.

Have your company ever made a mistake?
Yes, we are mere humans and are not infallable. With that question, I can remember some time ago on Valentines' Day, a young gentleman ordered two baskets, one for his wife and one for his girlfriend. He gave us both names. The baskets were sitting with others ready for delivery and I walked over just to double check as I always do before they go out. I checked those two basket and discovered that the cards were switched by accident. The basket meant for the wife was being sent to the girlfriend and vice versa. I promprly changed the cards and breathe a sigh of relief that this mistake was discovered before they were delivered. Can you imagine? We would have caused that poor man his marriage? I will just end by saying: Problems will arise but how they are dealt with that is it important.
