These 2 factors could place your cheesecake delivery in jeopardy. Cheesecakes have to fly on airplanes to be delivered across the country overnight. If planes are delayed, so are the cheesecakes. The recipient will be informed the cheesecake can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 5 days and in the freezer for up to 2 months. So they can put the cheesecake into the freezer upon arrival, slip it into the refrigerator on Christmas Eve, and enjoy the cheesecake as a perfect ending to a Holiday Feast on Christmas Day, or whenever they choose.
